How I Brew My Coffee
I recently got a package with three bags of the same kind of coffee beans (Kilimanjaro from El Salvador, courtesy of Square Mile), just processed in three different ways (pulped, washed, and natural). I wanted to try each with all the brewing methods I have at my disposal, and I made a video of the process. Short and painful, missing the Chemex too, but there you go.
Brewing methods shown (in order) are: Hario V60, Hario Woodneck drip pot, and AeroPress.
